Our Founder

The inspiration behind Gro Collectiv came from my own personal health journey—struggling with anxiety, ADHD, and chronic stomach issues for as long as I can remember. At 21, I discovered two pre-cancerous tumors in my intestines, with no clear medical explanation. By 26, two more tumors appeared, and finally, at 28, I received a clean bill of health.

Though these tumors didn’t cause my lifelong stomach issues, they were a direct result of the constant stress and pressure to meet society’s expectations of success, fitting in, and keeping others happy. It was only when I took control—creating balanced meals, removing chemicals from my food and environment, staying active daily, and embracing mental health practices like journaling and breathwork—that I was able to truly heal.

This journey taught me that success and happiness are deeply personal—defined only by aligning with our highest selves. Challenges may never fully disappear, but our ability to navigate them can grow, making life more fulfilling and enjoyable.

Through Gro Collectiv, my mission is to share the tools I’ve learned so others can find balance, live longer, and be happier—even when life throws its punches.
